Don Harris is a Christian, an engineer, a business owner, and a true Entrepreneur at heart. He was founder and owner of Dependable Services in Atlanta, Ga. Don started Dependable Services in 1970 with $500 and a truck while working out of his parent’s basement.

Dependable Services provides services for heating and air conditioning, residential appliances, commercial restaurant equipment, commercial refrigeration, ice machines and water heaters in the metro Atlanta area.

Going through many challenges, struggles and growing pains throughout the years, Don gained a tremendous amount of knowledge, experience, and expertise on how to run a successful and profitable service business. Don eventually grew the business to over 45 employees before retiring in 2014.

In 2014, Don turned the business over to his son, Brannon, who continues to run it today. In that same year, Don founded Service Success Group because of his desire to help similar business owners who were struggling and needed a little hand up to turn their business around.

Don currently runs several mastermind groups in the appliance and HVAC service industries and is a Premier Coach with Service Nation Alliance. Don offers coaching and consulting and speaks at conferences around the country sharing with others how they can turn their business around by getting out of the truck and into the office so they can focus on profitable growth by working on their business and understanding how to use their financial numbers, their key performance indicators, and their critical drivers to grow their business.
